The room was really clean, specially Mrs Aya El Said was very nice and always make sure we don't miss anything. In the general, the customer service was great and Mr. Ayman Zein answered all our request. At the pool, it was very clean and the staff really paid attention to our needs, specifically Michael.

The hotel maintains a clean and professional environment with friendly and attentive staff. Notably, it offers 24/7 security. Although the furniture is old, the room was very clean, the staff very nice and friendly, the housekeepers were very respectful, close to touristic attractions 30 min walking to the tea island, 15-20 min by car to San Stefano mall, Alexandria bibliotheca, Roman theater, Qaitabay Citadel and 30 min to Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa

Sheraton Montazah Hotel is a great stay, with very clean rooms, a great balcony view of the Mediterranean Sea, including a nice pool, assistance from great friendly English speaking staff, also a nice bar with great selections plus live music ... I definitely would & will be returning

Clean and staff is very polite, professional and welcoming. The property is aging significantly and needs major renovation. The surrounding area used to be top but it’s also getting older and more crowded

Not as what I expected ☹️

The hotel doesn’t come up to 5 stars rate. I got disappointed the rooms is designed for one bed but they jacked two beds Too small bathroom with manual bidet , old style furniture. The sole two pros were the view from the balcony on the Montazah and the speedy response of the staff

Pros: 1. downtown, nice view from ocean-view rooms 2. Attentive staff, aside from rude reception woman 3. Kettle and fridge in room, daily water Cons: 1. No hairdryer, no bathroom fan, no robes 2. Bathroom shampoos were just brand name bottles, filled with cheap soaps 3. Stayed for 10 nights, and they wouldnt even let me check in at 2:45pm, 15 minutes early. 4. Rude woman at reception 5. Breakfast $10 per person 6. They use nestle products; they should boycott for Gaza and use Egyptian water instead.
