"I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is very convenient, with public transport, cafés, and main attractions nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed. There were a couple of issues, but the management sorted everything out quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Poem Suites by Airnest"

The front desk was not always staffed and had to wait for a few minutes for a very helpful lady to arrive and get the check-in done.
