Amazing customer service!!! Her professionalism, kindness and efficiency is inspiring, and sorely missing from most other hotels in the area. She is a gem - I hope you appreciate what a fine employee she is. Roman was also extremely friendly, professional and a great representative for your organization. Not too thrilled with carpeted floors (most other locations have manufactured flooring), but won't go anywhere else due to Pamela and Roman. David Gunteens"
