"Stayed solo in Sunna Guesthouse for 2 nights before the Reykjavik Marathon. Perfect place to settle in and relax before the race. Pretty no-frills vibe but had everything you needed with shared kitchens and quiet, simple rooms. Location is also perfect - right by Hallgrimskirkja, close walk to Braud & Co., Rainbow Road, northen cost etc. but no street noise. Staff was friendly. They had breakfast but cheaper and pretty easy to go to Bonus (one of Iceland's main grocery store chains). Just...

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel! It was clean, within walking distance to BSI and downtown Reykjavik. The beds were comfortable and sharing a bathroom was not an issue. We had a triple room and it was big enough for all three of us. Instructions were easy to follow and we had no trouble getting in late at night. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the speed of the wifi, but otherwise it was had a great visit. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!"

"Check-in with code was fine. However couldn’t close the window, sent messages via Expedia but not answered, had to use international call roaming to call the hotel. Spent 10 minutes on the phone with staff but still couldn’t close the window. Staff asked my email said would sent email with pictures for instructions but the email was never received."
