"We booked the house with my kids and family from airport to the house and we got surprise. The house was rented to someone else and the agent we can talk with her and she said there’s nothing she can do. She left us just like that very bad experience and it cost me thousand dollars to manage another property had a last-minute. "

The manager welcomed us and explained everything we should know about the location, what to do , etc… The breakfast is delicious All the staff was so nice. The Riad is beautiful. "We had a perfect 4 night stay in this beautiful riad. The staff are very kind and attentive and helped make our visit to Marrakech extra special. Wonderful breakfast with good selection of items. Complimentary snacks, cakes and fruit juices provided daily. Twin room was spacious and very clean. The riad is in a perfect location, within an easy 15 minute walk to the main square and close to all the main visitor attractions. The riad is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring. We had a lunchtime flight home and we were provided with a packed lunch which was unexpected and a gift of toiletries which was so very kind. The staff made every effort to make our stay memorable. "
