"We were pleased with the property and stay overall. The only thing that we did not care for was there was not individual control over the heat in the room at night as sometimes it was quite chilly."

"Rooms were well equipped, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent with efficient setup. The area is right by Central Station, which isn't pretty, but is near shopping and transport hubs. We had adjoining rooms. There were no balconies as far as I could tell. It's a convenient and friendly hotel."
