"It was a fine room. The pull out couch had used sheets folded up in it, and the spare pillow had hair and makeup all over it, but the staff traded us out. It was very busy with lots of tourists snd only 1 person working the desk, so it took around 40 minutes to get the clean bedding. The price was cheaper than many other hotels in this area."

"Short vacation to Niagara Falls. Hotel was updated on the outside but the rooms are 80s reminiscent. We were there 3 nights and there was no maid service (only 4 plus nights) which is very odd but we made it work. Didn’t use the indoor pool but it looks like it needs some attention-it’s kinda dark and looks like no one cares about it. Maybe some new lounge chairs, etc. staff was helpful and there’s a good breakfast included, but the menu is the same every day."

"Excellent location and very helpful staff. Anthony the front desk staff team member was nice allowing us to stay parked there for a couple of hours after our checkout time since our family arrived a little later than planned. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will certainly stay here again."

Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls

"The room was nice, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the control panel on the wall to open the curtains was broken and outlets were loose. The interiors of the elevators were really worn with some broken buttons. Just repairs overall in the hotel weren’t necessary well maintained. The restaurant and bar in the hotel, Chill 443, (which we were looking forward to trying and was a selling point for our selection) was closed. It looked as though they partially replaced it with a Starbucks that only seemed to be open during the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was not well stocked and it seemed as though they only had one person who was trying their best to keep up with restocking. Garbage cans were overflowing and tables were dirty. The distance of the hotel to everything you might want to see in the area was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. These are the main reasons this property was worth the price. Be aware that there are A LOT of additional resort fees and taxes in addition to $75 deposit (refundable after checkout when room is inspected so report any issues with your room!) and $19.95 for parking when you arrive. A $295 room ended up being $379 when all was said and done."

"The place was a dump. The place wasn't very clean. The air conditioner/heater was loud enough to wake you up.The bathroom was the size of a closet. They charge $20 a day parking in a lot full of cracks and holes. The elevators are so small I could barely turn my wheelchair around. Terrible. Never again."
