Stayed here two separate times on the ground floor both times and everything is pretty great EXCEPT it’s so loud. The rooms need more soundproofing. May be better on higher floors. Noise of other guest’s foot traffic, employees doing their normal work rounds and the mechanical noise from the elevators ...
