"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. The 1 bedroom self service apartment was adequate, however 1) it was directly above a bar 2) we wished and asked for a double bed but had singles 3) the outlook was to an inner rectangle but we expected to be able to look out to the slopes - we had booked and paid months in advance!"
