"The hotel was inviting. The buffets were pretty good, but the staff could be a bit more attentive/trained. Drinks for meals at the buffet often didn't arrive before the end of the meal. Water took a long time to get as well as coffee of any other drinks. Other than that, the coffee shop staff were always friendly and professional. "We stayed in the family room. The bedding was spartan with some old blankets and thin bottom sheets. The shower didn't really produce hot water. There were no windows in the rooms, so they were quite dark and bone-chilling cold in December. We tried the home-cooked meal the first night and it was the worst food we had during our 3-week trip -- it tasted like it was made from a mix. This was definitely the worst place we stayed in India."

"This is by far the worst hotel me and my friends ever have visited. I do not have high standards and I am aware of that you get what you pay for, but honestly, this was so disgusting, messy and horrible. There were large dirty food and sex spots on the bed sheets (that we asked to be changed three times but with no result), dirty spots on the walls, floors and even the ceiling. How is that possible?
