"Very nice hotel, staff very professional and pleasant. Room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Only negative was I could not get the water to turn on in the tub. I had a very early flight and did not want to call and wait for maintenance at 2:00 am. I informed the front desk, and they stated that sometimes you have to pull the handle out. I suggested it would have been nice to have that posted in the bathroom. "

"Room was very noisy. We weren’t near the ice machine or elevators but constant beeping and god knows what else. Supposedly this room was an upgrade :("

"Clean room, free ev charging, great on site restaurant. But do not take room C 0319. It is next to the storage closet and you hear all types of noise."

"Very basic, limited breakfast options. Don’t let them put you in room 527, room must had issues with the toilet leaking at some point. You can tell the toilet was just put back in, fixed or something. The bathroom smelled like pure sewage, which made the room smell that way as well. They sent some one up with something to pour down the drains to solve the issue. It didn’t solve the issue. Original microwave didn’t work, so there was another microwave sitting on the counter. Very ghetto. They picked the worst room to put us in. Peeling and cracked counters. Very unsatisfied with this stay. Will not book again!"
