"It was nice and clean. We enjoyed that it was quite bout close to a lot of things to do. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The room was very clean and decently spacious. However, I wished they were more flexible with check in and check out. We had to pay a 5000 yen surcharge to check in early even though the room was available. Additionally, although we stayed seven days, we were still not allowed a late check out without paying. Despite this, we had an overall good experience. It was very quiet and the bathroom was very nice with a full bidet. The staff were polite and respectful and helped us navigate the subway....

"The customer service is beyond amazing, two rooms on each floor so it’s not overcrowded and conveniently located close to shops and train stations. When we visit again will definitely book and do recommend."

"The sq. footage was somewhat tight to be classified as an apartment. Should be identified as a studio. Shower, bathtub area was not standard size. It was small. The studio had all the amenities of an apartment.Clean comfortable. Cozy , firm bed. Nice size television. There is no transportation provided. They will call for a taxi, or arrange for airport transport.. Excellent quiet , safe neighborhood. Convenience stores within walking distance."

"Exceptional kind staff. They went out of their way and translated how to use washer machine in English. Secured, safe, and very clean. Walking to food, shopping and close to Ueno Park. 2nd time we stayed here in 6 months!!!this is how amazing it was. Family of four with two teenagers. Plenty of room 2 bunks 2 beds, table tv etc… felt like I was in my own home. Recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind while traveling. Thank you staff and thank you Japan! "

"お友達4人で宿泊しました。清潔で、テーブルもあり、みんなで楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。最寄り駅からの距離が少し遠く感じましたが、ホテル周辺は不便はありませんでした。"

"Stayed for a family trip. Room was spacious and includes a full fridge, stove and microwave. Beds were hard. Location was between 2 subway/train stations and walking distance to Uneo park. I wish they had windows you can see out of. The price was expensive compared to similar hotels like Monday. "

"Nos gustó mucho y sin duda regresaríamos, está a corta distancia de estaciones de metro pero sobre todo de UENO station a donde llega el Skyliner del Aeropuerto y de donde salen Trenes que van a localidades foraneas cercanas, cerca de muchos puntos de interés en Tokio, la cocineta equipada facilita mucho desayunos y cenas sobre todo si viajas con niños, muy cerca Seven eleven, family mart y muchas opciones de locales de comida en las estaciones de metro. La habitación limpia y con buenos...

"Close to the train station. Staff are friendly & accommodating. Amenities are great including washing/drying in the basement. Rooms have everything albeit small. Rubbish/recycling daily by 10am. Across the road from Aeon minimart and less than 5mins from other conbinis. Close to alot of restaurants including a Maccas. Would stay here again for it's convenience. Hopefully they upgrade the lift by then."

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."
