"The staff I interacted with were fine but there was one staff member at the front desk that was a bit cold, I would expect someone you meet first when checking in would be a little bit warmer and cheerful. We stayed in the West Tower/Wing and noticed that the up-keep has not been maintained, there were wood chips around the window frame, heavy dust, carpets could use a deep clean, attention to detail could be improved quite a bit."

"The fourth floor has be renovated. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The conditioning barely cooled the room. The carpet is stained which takes away the hard work of the cleaning staff. The second and third floor halls and rooms need to renovated. The carpets look like a crime scene. The hall ways are dark and baseboards are curling up. Breakfast was good. The free pass to the mineral pools was very nice. The car park was dirty with cigarrette butts and garbage. Water...

"Best place to stay in Harrison! This is our 5th year going back here. The rooms are good size, clean, and very cozy. The staff is wonderful, super friendly and helpful. They make sure you have everything you need during your stay. You are right across from the lake. All the restaurants are in minutes of walking distance. We definitely recommend staying here:)"
