"This was one of my best stays at a hotel and i been staying at them for over 40 years and this was the phenomenal outstanding staff wonderful service I would stay here every chance I get sad they out due Hilton, Marriot's, Holiday Inn, all tops hotel I ever stayed in"

"When entering the room there was an unknown smell that was concerning, maybe staleness. The bathtub was very slippery and dangerous."

"The staff was extremely nice from check-in to check-out. Each time I came back into the hotel, the young man who checked me in greeted me by name. The hotel was located on a quiet street and convenient to lots of shopping and eating establishments. I especially liked the lobby. The fragrance was great. The only complaint I have is that the lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough. The staff was very welcoming and offered us bottles of water when we checked in. The breakfast was quite adequate and the staff kept the area well stocked. The coffee was good and there was a choice of half and half, 2%...
