Breakfast was mediocre, cooked food lukewarm, pastries tasteless. Bar service at pool not existent. Difficult to get clean towels for the pool. (I am not being difficult, I have left a 5 star review to the other gotel we stayed in Lisbon) I will not go back (not at those prices)"

"Getting to hotel was a challenge. Had to tell the police directing traffic that we were staying in the area otherwise they would diect you away. Room was big but show needed to be repaired, front desk knew and part ordered, would have been nice to know ahead of time. Water went all over the floor making it slippery. Staff were amazing and helpful. Parking is away from hotel and DOWN a steep hill. "

"I’m not sure how this hotel would be considered 5 star. There are absolutely no amenities... pool, gym, valet etc. I’d say solid 3 star. The restaurant server was very rude to us. Our room smelled like well water and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever seen in any hotel. The location was no where near anything so we couldn’t walk… but the ocean view was amazing if you pay $700 for a good room. This hotel is no where near that price I promise you’ll be disappointed. "Beautiful building and swimming pool a short walk up hill from the old town. The breakfast was spectacular. My room was very small with only a bed a very small table and side chair but the common areas in the hotel were spacious and empty. The staff was very nice."
