Apartment was in a good location but was very shabby. The biggest issue was a lack of communication with a human being. If you haven’t got an Australian phone you basically can’t stay here. Despite emailing them daily and asking Expedia to ring them the best I achieved was them sending a receipt for payment. We were unable to get any reply to emails and would have been out on the street despite paying in full . Fortunately we were able to borrow a phone to contact them for the entry Cade. Awful service.
