"We had a delightful stay at Tivoli. The rooms are beautiful, much more spacious than they appear in the photos on the website. We were especially happy with the comfortable beds and the excellent shower and bath.
Breakfast was lovely with a great variety of options, and overall the experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here.
The only slight downside was that while late check-out is offered when available, it comes at quite a high rate of €18 per hour."
"We stayed for 2 nights at Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje and had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The balcony area was lovely and a great place to sit and enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is good as well, with shops, restaurants, and the beach only a short drive away. Even though we only stayed for a couple of nights, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Costa Adeje."
"My first time staying here and won’t be the last really enjoyed my time here loads of sunbathing areas breakfast was good loads of options the staff are really friendly and good at what they do the hotel is huge with really nice decor plants and trees and water features great swimming pools and has a nice wee gym for a daily workout, the room itself was really big and loads of space for clothes great comfortable bed nice bathroom and the tv has Netflix which was great I can definitely say I will be back. Thanks 🙏 "
"Lovely hotel, good facilities. Without exception, all members of staff were outstanding.
Pool areas are lovely and well maintained.
Only let down was the room - we had a silver room on the 16th floor. Very loud with small children - we realise it’s not an adults only hotel, however separating couples and families with small children shouldn’t be that hard surely? Given the size of the hotel and amount of rooms. "
"Reception staff - good easy check in and out. Hotel - very big (looks like one of the biggest in the area) there are lifts to get you from floor to floor, but there is quite a lot of walking from place to place. This is big old hotel, very well established and seems to have a number of repeat loyal guests.Bar/ Cleaning/Entertainment Restaurant staff -10/10.The facilities and public spaces are well maintained 9/10. Lots of spots dotted about to relax/read/play games etc.
Hotel corridors 3/10 desperately need refurbishment, dirty looking carpet tiles, damaged skirting boards, paint coming off.(let the hotle down ...looks like a run down 3 star hotel) Bedroom condition 2/10
Like an old poor 3 star hotel.
Not what you would expect when you pay for a 4 star experience. Scuffed floor, paint scuffed, peeling laminate of the units and skirting boards.
We wondered of we had been given a bed room but when I expressed my concerns I was offered 2 other rooms but they were equally as rough and indeed of repair. The condition of our room didn't reflect the 4 star price we paid.

"Lovely hotel experience, very premium experience in a nice location. The breakfast was well worth it and the pool area had plenty of seating (though I'd still recommend going early to get seats). The spa was also very worth the price.
My main concern is that the Preferred Club breakfast was not worth the extra cost. The breakfast in the main area was better than the a la carte option. Though the nice part of the preferred club was the separate cabanas and afternoon snacks/booze.
I would stay here again, staff made everything possible to give us a good experience. Letting us stay extra hours because of our flight being later in day"
