The staff at this hotel were excellent! They proactively engaged with me before the trip to ensure everything was in order and to see if I needed any help. They answered all my questions prior to arrival and they arranged airport transportation after our stay. They were also attentive offering water to us whenever we returned (it was very hot in Palermo during our stay). The restaurant they recommended was excellent mom and pop place (not a tourist trap) about a 10 minute walk. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. The pictures of the hotel are accurate. The decor was unique, one of a kind. It’s a unique hotel with history, character, and charm. If in Palermo again, this is where we will stay.

A GEM in Palermo!!!! Safe gated parking… Wonderful menu at the restaurant on site and the staff could not have been more helpful. In fact, we met the owner who was welcoming and extremely gracious. Compared to the hotels in Palermo Center, this is truly the best option outside of the center. WE WILL RETURN.

A hidden gem
"From the outside it looks quite plain. But once inside, it is a beautiful seaside resort. There is a huge pool with sun decks by the pool and the seashore. There is no beach, but easy access to swim in the crystal clear water. The room is spacious. The only complaint is that the bed is not very comfortable. ..."
