"Albergo curato e pulito. Staff cordiale e assolutamente disponibile a dispensare consigli. Soggiorno piacevole ed esperienza assolutamente positiva. Camera silenziosa, ottimo e abbondante la colazione e la cena in modalità “All You Can Eat”. Ottimo il servizio dei camerieri e del maitre che provvedono a mantenere la sala sempre impeccabile. Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che in modalità “mezza pensione” non sono incluse le bevande per cena e bisogna pagare anche l’acqua naturale come extra....

"Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding."

"Alessia was so helpful checking in, helping with transportation and explaining the procedures they’ve set up that are really efficient. The room was not large but set up well and the linens and towels were top of the line. I would definitely stay there again. Although we missed breakfast due to time constraints, the dinner we had there was delicious. Tagliatelle buckwheat pasta with cabbage & potato was SO good, as was the salad and pizza."

"Hotel localizado em frente à estação de trem. Porém, diferente do anunciado, não possui estacionamento próprio, apenas áreas de estacionamento público pago (exceto após às 18:30 e aos domingos). Quarto e banheiro amplos, iluminados e limpos. Tivemos problemas no nosso quarto, pois quando ligávamos alguns aparelhos eletrônicos, como secador e ventilador, a chave de energia caía. Café da manhã tipicamente italiano. Equipe muito educada e eficiente, porém o check-in é realizado em outro local."
