"The location was perfect, steps away from the main cathedral and galleria. The room was clean and large. My only issue is that someone tried to get in our room while we were sleeping at night and it really frightened us. The front desk ended up calling to explain that someone on staff attempted to enter our room by mistake, but as a women traveling with two teenage girls it was not a welcome intrusion. Other than that, they were courteous, arranged for our airport transfer, and the property...

The bonus for us was that it was so central, literally minutes to all we came to see! There was some noise from the trams but we had expected that as we checked out the location before booking - this did nothing to spoil our stay at all :) The host was super attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for the best stay. "Fantastic grounds and swimming pool. Nice view over the southern part of the lake. Very quiet location, car recommended. Spacious accommodation but in need of a revamp. Kitchen had pans etc but no kettle or toaster and nothing to clean dishes with. "

"The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "
