"The staff were very nice, friendly and cheerful, the bed was comfy, the room was hot, the food (dinner and breakfast) was ok. But that’s about it. I don’t understand how a big hotel chain can justify this as a 4 star? The place was dirty, the furniture tired and you could see paint coming off. Let’s not try and pass it as a character property. It needs investment and serious refurbishment as it’s currently a very old and not looked after b&b than a 4 star boutique. "

"A very pleasant and convenient place to stay for train travellers. There is no elevator for the upper floor, but that didn’t affect me. The weather in April isn’t quite nice enough to sit outside and enjoy the patio and view, but it would be excellent in the warmer months."

"Every thing was perfect staff was welcoming and breakfast was well done and delicious. All the necessary toiletries was provided. "

"I arrived a bit early. Nobody wS there, save a sign and two phone numbers to call. I reached someone, and was asked to wait a few minutes. A bit later, i checked in. Bags were carried for me. and i was shown how the electric worked. A nice touch was the cooked to order complimentary breakfast the next morning. Save for those first few minutes, my stay was fine."

"Loved the large room I had and the king bed was so comfortable I slept well. There is an elevator but also stairs so lugging baggage is challenging. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! "

"It was nice to have parking out front but if you have a larger car or an SUV, it might be a little tight. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was just a short walk from some key sites downtown. We enjoyed our stay. "
