"Such a beautiful property, well maintained with spacious rooms and amazing views. The property is relatively small but is a great find. This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. It is of good quality but we felt it was overpriced and had become too complex, we feel the removal of the buffet breakfast will lead to more waste and was not to our taste."

"This is a lovely hotel (former palace) perched on the top of the hill as you enter the charming town of Trevi. The hotel is clean, very well organised and has all amenities that you need. The room itself was a good size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and with a very good variety. The owner was a lovely lady who spoke very good English. From here it is a great base to visit the surrounding towns such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto etc. We would definitely stay here again....

"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. "My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned.
