A very charming and cozy place to stay. We were visiting friends in Narni, and this was a perfect place for us -- beautiful countryside, fragrant air, unforgettable views, comfortable and spacious room with all the modern amenities. Plus very caring staff. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous stay. Super clean, comfy, cool, lovely pool, super staff, excellent restaurant on premise on lovely outdoor covered terrace. Definitely would return. Very close to drive to Narni

Lovely food friendly service

Spacious and clean. Very nice service. Easy to park. Lovely surprise to find such delicious dinner sitting next to the fireplace was icing on the cake. The stew was the best so far in Italy.

Lovely location. Beautiful view from room.Expected rustic but not dirty hallway windows, dripping toilet, mouldy shower grout, AC non functioning, paper thin walls,chairs at the pool covered in bird excrements and disappointing breakfast. Had better coffee at gas stations on the road. Needs TLC.

Beautiful

It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location.

I picked this place because I prefer to stay in the countryside rather than a city and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was excellent, and I recommend their restaurant for dining too. It is traditional Italian food prepared to order without rushing. Be ready to spend at least an hour on the whole dining experience.

We tried to check in at 3pm, but there were no staff to be found anywhere. After calling, we discovered from a recording check in was at 4pm. Returning at 4pm, again no staff anywhere on the grounds. By 4:30pm another guest happened to have the cell number of a staff member….by 4:45pm, we were finally able to check in.

Ho prenotato con Expedia una camera per tre persone. All'arrivo ci è stato fatto presente che in realtà si trattava di una doppia nonostante nella prenotazione fosse indicato per tre persone e quindi ci è stata fatta pagare un'integrazione per il terzo letto nonostante la receptionist abbia ammesso che spesso Expedia fa prenotare per tre persone e poi si tratta invece di una doppia senza letto aggiunto. Non è per l'integrazione ma visto che si affidano ad Expedia e c'è stato un errore di base potevano evitare di fare pagare la differenza. Ci hanno consegnato una camera non particolarmente pulita, muri macchiati con insetti spiaccicati, polvere sulle travi, materassi sui quali nemmeno un fachiro avrebbe dormito, frigorifero fuori uso, smart TV non collegata ad internet. Ma la cosa peggiore è che la stanza era a piano terra di fronte alla reception e al bar. Persone che chiacchieravano di fronte la stanza fino a mezzanotte. A mezzanotte il barista ha cominciato a sistemare i bicchieri, a mandare lavastoviglie e a pulire la macchina del caffè.... impossibile riposare fino ad ora tarda. Nel retro della camera c'era un giardinetto pieno di escrementi di uccelli e foglie secche. Al di fuori del giardinetto, oltrepassato un cancelletto che portava alla piscina era presente un pozzo con la porta spalancata che non si riusciva a chiudere. Scandalosamente pericoloso se un bambino si avvicinava malauguratamente. Esperienza disastrosa. Unica cosa che si salvava la colazione

Ottimo! Relax e buon cibo in mezzo al verde!

Veramente ottimo, gestione familiare e persone gentili e disponibili. Camera senza fronzoli ma con tutto l'essenziale e pulita. Cucina ottima. In mezzo alla campagna umbra lo consiglio vivamente. Piscina ok.
