"I would 100% recommend this apartment building. It was so close to the Eiffel Tower , metro station and so many great restaurants. The AC worked well during the heat wave as well."

"Very clean room and the staff were very helpful in booking our early nor taxi to the airport. Also in a quiet location but within walking distance to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Would certainly stay here again!"

"The property is located in a great part of Paris. Lots of restaurants, sidewalk cafes etc.
The apartments are roomy, if a bit sparse. There was a heatwave in Paris when we stayed there (40 deg.) and this building has no air conditioning! There was AC in the breakfast room but it was locked up at 10 am. After 4 nights they relented and left the door open so guests could cool down before going to their own oven (I mean apts.) There was a rickety fan blowing on the bed. I had to ask for more...

"The location is one of the positives about Les Patios du Marais.. Steps away the Arts et Metiers metro station it provides great access to all points in Paris. Plenty of food options nearby ranging from grocery stores, take out, bars and fine dining. We arrived on June 26 which unfortunately was during the heatwave. "I really enjoyed the location. It felt like living as a Parisian, right in the middle of everyday city life. The area is vibrant both day and night, with people constantly on the move or simply enjoying themselves, and plenty of small, unique restaurants to explore.
That said, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal spot. The neighborhood has an active nightlife, with open cafes and music well into the evening.

"Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."

"Perfekte Lage für einen Kurztrip in Paris. Zimmer war größtenteils sauber, an manchen Stellen etwas staubig. Als störend wurde ein Licht von einem Netzteil an der Decke empfunden, welches die ganze Nacht leuchtete. Aufgrund der Deckenhöhe konnte man hiergegen nichts unternehmen. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden."
