"We just stayed one nught for a weekend event in Clitheroe and it was perfect! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loads of free onsight parking and staff very helpful. We ate an evening meal and breakfast and everything was really nice. The only think that would have topped it off would be a bar open in the evening. Would definately stay again and recommend."

"The host was very friendly,but under the influence. I really wanted to like this BnB as it looked so nice and querky on the pictures. I booked a room that was meant to have a private bathroom, but in fact it was just a toilet in a wardrobe and no "designer toiletries" the bed was not comfortable at all, but at least the bedsheets and the towels were clean. The rest of the house was dirty and smelled of very old and accumulated cigarettes smoke a d weed, it was quite revolting. There was only...

"Excellent stay at the Red Lion. Great little pub, lovely location. Room was clean and tidy. Delicious cooked breakfast."

"Room was clean. Plenty of space, living area, bathroom and kitchen appliances (washer and Stove). Staff were very helpful, polite and assisted with luggage on arrival. Given directions to public parking lot just around the corner, with entrance from the rear of the pub also providing access to the parking lot. (Pay and display). Lot clears out after school day ends, and first hour free, no charge 6pm to 8am, the first hour free the next day. Had supper at the venue, good food, basic menu....

"Great communication from the owner prior to arrival with details of local places to visit and eat. Lovely welcome on arrival. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious and the surroundings were beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely return and would highly recommend."
