"We arrived late afternoon coming from Valladolid. Its very easy to find the place using the GPS. The place is very nice and lost in betwen village. The pool is amazing and the room was very nice with very confortable bed. We have been hosted very nicely either spanish or english. Very nice chat with the owner, nice tips were given for oue trip. You have the choice for your breakfast : traditionnal or continental. Its was perfect to rest."

"Our stay could not have been any better ... Our room was spacious and clean and housekeeping was very attentive to our needs providing clean towels and other amenities daily ... Every member of the hotel staff we interacted with was amazing always personable ... courteous and helpful ... We enjoyed dinner in each of the hotels three restaurants all of them were excellent and a unique culinary experience in it's own way ... We look forward to our next visit to the wonderful town of Merida and another enjoyable stay at the Villa Mercedes ... happy to offer this hotel and it's wonderful staff a five-star review ... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
