"The hotel’s location was very convenient to the customer I was visiting. The staff were all amazing; friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for food and places to check out. I didn’t have a chance to eat at the hotel, but the bar and restaurant area looked very nice. What I appreciated most, though, was that the pillows were labeled “soft” and “firm.” Every other hotel I’ve stayed at recently only had soft pillows, so having options was a small but much-appreciated touch."

"The hotel is extremely dirty. From the moment you get out the car to entering the elevators you notice things could use a thorough cleaning. The hallway to get to my room looks as if it wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned in months. Stains all over, trash in parking lot etc. Room had a musky smell and bed slept terrible. Hotel and staff need a major upgrade. "

"The staff was amazing. I believe it was Melissa at the front desk and the manager in particular. They remembered our room number and names, always greeted us when we returned, and were super helpful. Rooms need some upgrading as they are older, our bathroom sink leaked, but they had everything we needed with a fridge, microwave in the room. "
