"We had a lovely meal in the restaurant but unfortunately the stay was less impressive. Having booked a room for 3 it was set up for 2 with just 2 towels, 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 1 tea bag. At breakfast we waited 50 minutes for our cooked breakfast with no apology or explanation. When it finally arrived we asked if we could have some toast with it only to be told that they do not do toast with the English Breakfast! "Room wasn't what I was expecting- I thought I had booked a larger, more updated room. It was okay but not what I pictured. It was clean and big enough for us but needs to be upgraded. Staff had limited hours and I was leaving very early- I tried calling and texting a number they listed but no response- luckily my daughter could hand in the key.
