"Perfect stay for what I wanted. Clean at arrival, no cleaning during stay but replacements available at reception. Dishwasher and washer/drier in the room (one room apt). USB-c port by bedside. Shampoo and soap in shower but no conditioner. TV with casting availability. I felt safe as a solo traveler. "

"Nice hotel that offers the amenities of an airbnb. Staff was very friendly. Good location, with a lot of restaurant options right outside the hotel and we were able to walk pretty much anywhere in 15 minutes. We were in a studio, which fit our needs perfectly, which still offers a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The windows do not open up very much, so its hard to get good airflow. They do put a floor fan in the room, but we were still a little on the warm side in early June. We would...

"Very convenient location. Quiet, bed was comfortable. Everything you could need to stay and not have to eat out. Check in went smoothly."

"The suite was so well equipped; kitchen had fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There was also a small table and chairs. Wonderful bath/shampoo products. Great layout and amazing location. We were two staying but had relatives come for dinner and had enough space for 4 at the small kitchen table (moved to living area)."

We had a lot of trouble with instructions such as we received a map for parking and the map had nothing to do with where parking actually would be. We were told there was a common room where we could do laundry, but we never discovered where that common room might be so there were definitely some communications issues With a mysterious person who we would communicate with via messages . "This is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable and centrally located in Edinburgh. Unfortunately there were some of the previous guests things left under the bed which is why we have marked the cleanliness down. Otherwise we loved the apartment. "

"What a peaceful stay! Princes street suites was a relaxing place to go, even in the busy atmosphere! Adjacent to literally everything. 5 minute walk from new town, 5 minutes to old town and the royal mile, 15 minute walk to the Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s seat, adjacent to parks, restaurants, and 3 minutes away walking from an incredible monument on a hill. A bus stop is right outside the door too! "
