"The reception staff were very helpful in advising how to use the hotel avoiding the chargeable zones which are number recognition and a fine is sent. We managed to get a space a short distance away avoiding these zones. We liked our room. Really decent price for a Saturday night. "Our room was very clean, loads of room including large seating area. Bed extremely comfortable & cosy. All staff were friendly and attentive. Dinner was excellent on both evenings. The hotel is pet friendly but dogs were always under careful control & supervision of their owners. The hotel clearly welcomes families and had many non resident diners which indicated a good local reputation too. Happy to recommend to friends & family."
