The rooms are in an unacceptable condition - staining on carpets; dirty water & debris round the plug hole; extensive staining to bathroom floor especially round the base of the toilet ; a substantial build up for dirt/dust in the bathroom area indicating the room has not been cleaned ..."

"Centrally positioned for train/bus stations and eateries. Was a nice, obviously recently refurbished room. The bathroom had a good shower and tub. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Only fault. No light switches or lamps by beds so had to switch off at wall by the door. A minor issue but ..."
