"This facility is in need of a remodel. It is showing its age and really needs a face lift. The staff is was exceptional. There was a problem with our first room and we were moved to a room for the night. The next morning we were moved to a room comparable to what was book. The staff is doing the best in a facility that needs help. This is my third stay on the past 6 months. It is convenient and the staff is great."

"Hotel is being sold to another owner. Staff is unhelpful. Food id undercooked and waiter can’t even take orders. Place is dirty. Visitors scream in hallways all night drunk, can’t get any sleep. Stay away from it."

"The only 2 problems were: The WiFi only let 1 login for free then you had to pay. Even when the 1 login logged out you could not change the device. And the remote was not programmed properly and the girl at the front desk said she couldn’t fix it because she didn’t know how and it wasn’t worth the trouble because I was only staying 1 night. So I could not change the channel on the TV. Everything thing else was fine."

"Checked in, found no towels in the room, had to go ask at the front desk which I got with no hesitation. The next day I noticed there was no hair dryer in the bathroom so I asked early in the morning for one but checked out and still did not receive one."

"By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Four police greeted my parents when they arrived. Someone clearly had used a crowbar to open my room because it couldn't shut all the way anymore. There was garbage overflowing from the trash can at the bottom of the stairs. No elevator. There was something sticky on the desk in my room. There were no pillowcases for sleeping (only the decorative ones that don't get washed every time). The dresser was missing a handle and a foot, both of which...

"Pretty good for what you pay for. I liked that the hotel was walking distance from both stadiums and inner harbor. Wish I would have known about the extra cost to park in the garage. Knowing the cost ahead of time, I would have taken into consideration other hotels. Staff upfront was excellent. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but Dunkin was nearby. Overall I thought it was great for what I paid for."
