"The room was comfortable and spacious. The lobby area was extremely clean and welcoming. Breakfast was included and provided a variety of healthy as well as indulgent options. There were also restaurants and a few shops near-by. I would stay there again and recommend to others."

"I made a reservation to stay for several days last February. I then wanted to change my room to one with a couch and cancel the first room. Expedia canceled the first room, gave me the new room which I used and then refused to refund my $1941. When Expedia called the hotel and spoke to the assistant manager and explained the situation she refused to refund the money."

"We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay in a lovely completely renovated queen room. Pleasantly surprised with the full kitchen set. Great location. Wonderful beach to swim and collect shells. The pool was clean, good size and refreshing. All amenities are in place so worry free mini vacation. WiFi, large TV, dishwasher, stove, full refrigerator, beach chairs and towels. Assigned parking included. No “resort” fees or other surprises. Exceptional in every way. Thank you Marsha!"

"There were several issues with my stay. The door to my room was very difficult to lock from the outside and this was a security issue. There was no hot water, not even warm. And no hangers in the room so I could not unpack. The bed frame seemed very low quality and was unstable. When I got in or out of bed, the whole thing moved and made a loud creaking noise. As well, the online check-in involved a few steps which I completed but did not receive a code to my room which worried me. Luckily...

"Beautiful hotel!!! The wonderful woman at desk upon arrival Friday night 5/8 upgraded us to a suite - gorgeous. Only complaints were service on rooftop very slow and front desk help rest of time was less than desirable. The two women working Saturday couldn’t be bothered. I was charged twice for stay and had to call to take care of after we left."

"The hotel, is really excellent across the board, the room, kitchenette, breakfast pool, all first class. The only issue, which is a tricky one to fix, is the road noise, especially on a weekend when the muscle cars and Harleys rev up late into the night"

Couldn’t have asked for better service and wished we could have stayed longer. 10/10 would recommend for couples or a solo trip."
