"Room was listed as a suite and showed a kitchenette. Room did have refrigerator and microwave but there was no coffee maker and no dishes. Closet was unfinished. There was not even a bar in the closet to hang items on. Only one towel was provided for a stay booked as 2 people for 3 days. Staff seemed reluctant to provide more when asked. There was no mat/rug/towel for the bathroom floor. "

"We got there like right at the 3PM check in time and our room wasn’t quite ready, but they waived the parking fees since we had to wait. The people were very nice and accommodating. We just slept and showered since we spent the majority of our time in Disneyland, and it was just what we needed. And the price was amazing for being so close to the parks!"

"Way too far away from Disneyland from my liking. I had a mobility scooter and it took 20 minutes riding the scooter to get to Disneyland. Plus, I didn’t feel like it was safe to take the scooter to Disneyland at night because it’s so dark and not well lit up. "

"The hotel would’ve been a great experience if they weren’t so short staffed. We were told they were not cleaning rooms everyday cause of the short staff but we can call to refill what ever was needed. The $25/day parking was a surprise. The breakfast was ok, not much of a variety but they had the basic bread, waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausage. Some of the hallways were stuffy and had a mildew smell. The free washer and dryer was great since we were there for 5 days. Overall I would rate this a 6.5, of the worse but definitely not what I thought I booked. "
