Although his manager, Efya, did her best to make up for his lapses, the final straw came when we were told that an iron and ironing board could not be delivered to our rooms, and that we would instead have to pay extra to have our clothes ironed for us. Since we were in Ghana for a wedding in the East Legon area, that convenience was especially important and was one of the reasons we chose this...
