"Property was clean, well maintained, the room was cleaned, and in-suite bathroom was clean with a very nice shower... The view from the suite was amazing (ocean view)... Relaxing!!!"

"It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful beach and nice, warm pools. The room was great and had an amazing ocean view. Staff was nice and courteous.
However, I was very displeased with 2 things:
1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came.
When we complained about it to a front office employee, the only answer we got was that we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door which was not true as we...

"Outstanding service, great pools, Talay and Morea were are favorite restaurants, Mezcal not so much, the staff is very well staffed, and all the restaurants and coffee shop a 15% gratuity is added automatically and a 16% tax. It’s in pesos however they give you the dollar amount so you don’t have to have any guest work on how much it actually cost you. Breakfast for two was around $100. Dinner could be 100 to 200 that does not include any drinks. Overall I think reasonable for a high-end...

"From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!"
