"Very rude staff - front desk to wait staff. No smiles, no one was helpful. Found them to be snobbish. I even saw someone from the front desk use the bathroom and return to the desk without washing their hands.
Hotel is very overpriced and misleading. You need to book a spot by the pool (no avail, no swim), no courtesy room on check out day (you need to pay 10 euro pp for showers). Our hotel cleaning staff came into the room when we had the privacy sign. Not a 4 star experience."

"We arrived in Venice straight from the blue Aliguna Line which dropped us off less than 20 steps from the hotel front doors on a very hot day. We walked into the hotel lobby and our breath was taken away with the beauty and serenity of this tranquil spacious room that used to hold mass and now has an amazing chandelier and lush furniture with a very clean aesthetic.
