"I had to ask several times for the air conditioner to be turned up or off- it never was! Our room was freezing! I had to call down to ask for coffee pod refills-2 days in a row they never came! housekeeping got too our room very late in the day/ very inconvenient. One day housekeeping didn’t even come. They need more to the spa as well- for the amount of money I paid I would expect so much more! We are dinner at the restaurant- I got ill from the food afterwards. I have stayed at several luxury...
