"Sehr schöne Hotelanlage zum Wohlfühlen. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöner Strand mit privater Atmosphäre. Frühstück sehr gut und vielseitig. "Good hotel overall. Staff obviously overworked and there isn’t enough. Ordering drinks takes a long time and queues at dinner in particular. A la carte restuarants are better than buffet, but again very slow service. A couple of very good staff, and the rest seem like they haven’t been here much. Pool bar staff and cleaners are real positive. I would recommend. "

"please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you...
