"it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy."

"Great location, hotel modern and clean. Service focused in all aspects. We had a suite and accessed the mini bar as we thought it was included, (there were no prices) so fair assumption. On checkout turns out the water and everything was chargeable... there is also no clothes dryer in the room (which is needed for wet clothes from the pool or beach)."
