"There were some minor issues like the remote control didn’t work properly and the shower head was leaking and not giving proper volume, but the fixed the shower head and tried to fix the remote control. It is very minor, so I would like to give the Capital Hilton a 4.9, but that is not an option. I really think 4.0 is too low, but they didn’t earn a perfect score either with some minor issues."
