"The room is excellent, spotless, clean linens, complete amenities, towels but no face towel. We choose upgrade room with ocean view, it was great but I think the hotel needs install more lights in the hall on the way to elevators.. "Incredible staff, beautiful grounds, we felt so lucky to be there. One thing they could do to step it up is get glassware for martinis, but I’m splitting hairs. "Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay....
