"The staff is warm and welcoming. I wish the main restaurant continued offering "American" cuisine dinner choices in addition to the new menu. Although I love Indian food I can no longer digest it. I did enjoy the breakfast menu there."

"This historic hotel is a dream, service is absolutely fantastic and location is terrific.
It is immaculately clean. As you arrive your senses awaken with delightful smell of gorgeous flowers.
We stayed at the club level and loved it. Service was fabulous, they accommodated gluten free and any requests we had. Food was fresh and constantly replenished. The ladies working there are a delight.
The gym is really well equipped and clean.
Best hotel in SFO.
Looking forward to our next Opera...
