"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the first day, the door to my room was broken and remained an issue throughout my stay. Basic necessities were also unreliable the water would randomly shut off multiple times throughout the day, making it difficult to shower or even use the sink consistently.
Housekeeping was another major problem. I requested room cleaning on several occasions, yet repeatedly returned to find my room untouched. Even something as simple as getting clean...
