"The management staff at the Atlantic Palms suites is great. They listen and they take action. Fast. I made a mistake and booked this hotel a day earlier than I wanted to, and Expedia said, I was scrwd because it was non refundable. I booked this same hotel again and when I arrived to checkin, I told the manager of my problem, and as by the time I make it to my room, no more problem. The food is GREAT and I usually do not eat from the restaurants at Nigerian hotels, but I was ordering like crazy at the palms. Try the grilled chicken with spaghetti and fried egg - amazing. If course the hooey has a few issues. But nothing major. I'll definitely stay here again. "

"Nice location and great room size. Nice lounge with a good dj and outside atmosphere. But breakfast was botched. The catering staff was totally unprepared for something they do every day or busy weekend. We had to wait an hour for breakfast items to be replaced. Once the food was brought out, out of the 4 staffers in the room only one was allowed to serve the buffet. After the guests yelled at them to assist the server, then another staffer joined to serve. Besides that, grounds was meticulous, and staff generally was pleasant. Would give a second chance. "

"The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel. I will never visit this hotel again. The staff were unprofessional, and one staff member even asked my husband for money, which was completely unacceptable. While the rooms look nice, many facilities are fa"
