"Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. "Otroligt bra service och bemötande från incheckning tills vi lämnade hotellet. Vi bodde i ett av rummen längst ut med privat pool och egna solstolar. Vi hade halvpension bokat och kvalitet på maten var bra, samt att det var en bra variation vilket man inte alltid får vid buffé. Överlag rent och fräscht och en härlig vibe! Kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell och åker gärna tillbaka!"

"The staff at this hotel are all absolutely lovely! Very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - very close to good restaurants and a short walk to the old town. The included breakfast was great too. The pool is not very impressive. But you are close to the beach, so it was not a problem. "

"Me and my mum stayed here for a week. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, the food and drinks available on the all inclusive option are varied and of good quality. The pool and dining area views are great, and there are plenty of loungers around the pool, so it’s never packed, even when the hotel is full.
