"Very disappointing experience for a five-star hotel. Everything felt overpriced, and even basic things seemed to come with extra charges. Customer service was poor, housekeeping was inconsistent, and staff were not helpful. Traveling with a child, we even had difficulty getting an extra bottle of water. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its five-star rating and was not worth the price. We would not recommend it."

"The property was in a great location with high end shops around. There was also a metro near by making it easy to get to the city center. The staff was very professional and friendly. Overall we had a great experience."

"Reception staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was very dated and not particularly clean especially the bathroom which seemed damp. There was very loud drilling/construction noise which seemed to be coming from within the hotel and the rooms are not soundproof. Very good location."
