"The view was great from only one of the three windows as two were tinted blue and you could not see out properly. The telephone didn’t work and even though we requested for it to be fixed nobody fixed it. The mattress was sunken on one side and we requested for it to be changed and staff came to have a look but never changed it. We requested that the electric outlet in the bathroom be fixed as it wasn’t working and the excuse we received was that it was that way for security reasons. The room...

"It’s a really big hotel in the 17th arrondissement. The room was spacious and I had a nice view of Sacre Couer. It’s connected to a Palais de Congres which is a mini mall that has some clothing stores, Starbucks, restaurants and a pharmacy which is open till 1AM. It’s also connected to the metro lines which is convenient (can walk from indoors). This was the most useful to us. It’s close to arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées (maybe 20 min walk). Outside there are trams and buses and walkable...

"Loved everything about my stay at Hotel Casimir. Right from the start I was greeted with a warm welcome and all the staff were incredibly helpful which put me at ease as a solo traveller. The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to all the sights around the city and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby to choose from. Everything in the hotel was finished to a high standard with all the amenities you need, I would certainly stay here again when I’m next in Paris."

"The Hoxton was a great location, and always busy. Loved the decor and the staff.
Breakfast was a mess, and on our first morning we were advised that due to a very large booking the warm buffet breakfast, was either not available or cold. The breakfast management team promised not to charge for the breakfast, which seems absolutely ridiculous, as we didn't get the breakfast. At our check out we discovered that the breakfast had not been removed, this then led to our honesty and integrity...
