"Avani is a lovely new hotel close to the beach & cafes. The issue is when you are there over the weekend, which was our case. On the Saturday we thought it would be nice to go for a swim & have a quiet drink in the restaurant on the top level.
When we arrived we couldn't even get a seat. It wasnt until we checked out that we were told that the restaurant was operated by a different company & they had booked other parties in on the weekend.
As paying guests, we should have been advised of this,...

"Was tidy, though some things need attended to, some of the outdoor chairs quite rusty.. The kitchen benches had tiny bugs appearing each day was there ( 5 days). The large frypan was very scorched & scratched & handle loose, (needs replaced)…. The Venetian blind at the head of the bed is jammed, so could not close it at nights. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom really nice. View of the pools very nice. A peaceful quiet stay. Nice resort."
