"Mooie accommodatie, ruime kamer en goed bed. Koffie en thee faciliteit op kamer. Wel beetje gehorig wat water afvoer wc/douche betreft bovenburen. Ontbijt en avondeten goede kwaliteit, vers en ruime keuze. Goede bonen koffie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Centraal gelegen, je loopt er zo uit. Niet aan een zandstrandje maar een kleinvstukje lopen en je kunt een strandbedje huren. Zou iedereen aanraden"

"Chouette hotel bien situé près de plein de restaurent et à 2 pas du musée d'archeologie. Si nous retournons à Heraklions nous choisirons encore cet hotel. Seul bémol, les cartes d'accès sont chatouilleuses et doivent être changées, soit que la porte n'ouvre pas ou que l'électricité ne fonctionne pas ou que les lampes ne s'eteignent pas. Par chance le personnel est toujours là pour nous aider."

"Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen war super (All-inklusive), abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und sauber, so dass das wenig auffällt. Das meer super sauber und toll. "

"Saubere kleine familiäre Hotelanlage. Essen und all incl. Angebot war sehr gut, für den Preis. Freundliches Personal. Vor den Hotel kann man nicht direkt ins Meer gehen, da dort Steine sind, man muss ca 200 Meter zum Strand gehen."

"Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive. Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board. Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful. The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel."

"The staff was very friendly and Kind. The food was very good and dinner/ lunch menu changed daily so you never had the same. The beach is just a few meters away from the hotel (2 minute walk ) I defenetly recommend this hotel ☺️ "
